1.Eligibility for returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non Returnable items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or tampered packaging
- Injectable products once packaging seals are broken
3.Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
4.Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the product.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
