SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Re-lux Medical Products.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery destination
• Parcel size and weight
• Courier service selected
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods if required for safety or regulatory compliance.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Re-lux Medical Products is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
PROFESSIONAL USE PRODUCTS
Due to the professional nature of our products:
• We ship only to verified professionals and clinics
• Additional verification may be required before dispatch
• Orders may be delayed or cancelled if professional credentials cannot be confirmed
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence of any damage
We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Re-lux Medical Products cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
